Founded in 2006, Barotech Synergy (www.baro-tech.co.kr) specializes in mechatronics-based aviation/ground/marine simulators, satellite launch vehicle control instrumentation systems, as well as intelligent robots, VR imaging devices and software development. They are continuing to strengthen their expertise in motion simulation technology and VR imaging, a key component of the 4th industrial revolution, and are dominating technical innovation in image processing, servo actuators, IoT sensor communications technology, and machine learning master algorithms in the field of intelligent autonomous robots.

Their key business areas include ¡â Simulators ¡â Satellite launch vehicle control instrumentation systems ¡â Carbon molding/intelligent robots ¡â Special devices.

Their simulator field of operations include aviation simulator FAA-level D class Control Loading System (CLS); Korean type helicopter training simulator (KUH-SFTS); KT-1P Training simulator; Ground surface recognition system for naval special warfare firing practice; and Tractor/excavator simulator.

Their satellite launch vehicle control instrumentation systems operations include control instrumentation for Naro; Advanced supply system test facility (PUTF); KSLV-2 Thrust simulation; KSLV-2 Ground control system; and Moveable MS-GRPS.

In the field of Carbon molding/Intelligent robots, their line-up includes the Carbon composite filament winding robot, Horse type defense robot, Image recognition robot, Agricultural robot, and Boundary UGV.

The special devices field includes EHA performance durability testing equipment, Mobile sticker assembly robot STVision, High speed flight vehicle tracking system (FFS), Street noise measurement trailer (CPX) and Instructor control seat (IOS).

Barotech is cornering the market in the defense and civilian fields with their mechatronics-based six degrees of motion, satellite launch vehicle control and measurement systems, and automated robots using servo/sensors. Barotech Synergy’s BIMOS-R2 and FX-aircraft simulators are used for advanced simulation training in KAI and the defense and aerospace industries In the BIMOS-R2 simulator, a dynamic 3-axis motion system was applied to the system, with a cockpit skin similar to the actual aircraft, and a 21.5-degree multifunctional display system. A 3-channel curved monitor increases the sensation of being cocooned in the cockpit.

The FX-Aircraft simulator expertly blends the virtual and reality by integrating a fighter simulator with gaming experience device to reflect various real-life topography DBs.
