Helper Robotech, Leader in Automated Agriculture Robots

For over twenty years, Helper Robotech Co., Ltd. (www.hr24.co.kr) has been working on the development of the automated seeding system.

The company’s main products include their Auto Seeding System; Grafting Robot for Fruits and Vegetables, and the Pot flower Mass Production Robots, and is known to be a leader in producing world class products in agriculture automation systems.

▲Automatic Seeding System
The automatic seeding system achieves high productivity of 400 sheets per hour (based on 128 holes) and creates a uniform bed soil by pressing, tamping and cutting. Seeding is done with precision by applying the control apparatus of the seed sower, and comes fully equipped to suppress dust scattering of the soil. The seeding needle is also prevented from becoming clogged. The products include the Mixer of Medium MX-1000L and Filler of Medium, FL-300W; Dibber and Seeder, SD-900W; Top Dresser, CV-900W; Irrigator, IR-900W, and the Non-powered Conveyor, CV-2000.

The Smart Seeding System-500 is more than twice as fast as conventional automatic seeding systems, and is equipped with labor-saving and clean-up systems. It is particularly suited to onion seedling. Its features include the Tray Feeder, TF-900; Smart Filler, SF-500; Clean Conveyor, CC-500; Double Seeder DS-500; Seed Feeding

Device SS-F15W, Clean Top Dresser, CD-500; Clean Irrigator, CI-500; Tray Stacker TS-900; Finishing Conveyor FC-500; and the Air Compressor 10HP, among others.

In addition, the functional seeding machine includes the Convenient Seeder, SD-1800W; the Private Seeder, SD-600; the Stepping Seeder, SD-1200S; and the Large Seed Seeder SD-1212.

The Forest Nursery System is equipped with the Medium Pressing Filler for Forest Nursery, PF-400; and a Pot Flower Mass Production System with the Natural Soil Filler, FL-4000.

The Power Transplanting Robot Systems include the Rigid Pot Feeder, FC-4000; Flat Filler, FL-300W; and the Transplanter, TP-900W. The Power Transfer Robot System is a system that transplants into a rigid pot after seeding and cultivating the flowers in a tray.

The Ultra Precision Grafting Robot for Fruits and Vegetables, AFGR-800CS is able to graft fruits and vegetables such as watermelons, melons, cucumbers, Korean melons, peppers and tomatoes, gourd fruit, and eggplants. The cutting plane of the rootstock and the scion is photographed to find the center line, after which a precise grafting location is found to within a 1/100 mm margin of error. Immediately after cutting, it is possible to arrange the monitor to observe and mark the results of the image, to display the deviation value, the difference in the deviation value between that of the monitor screen baseline, to operate within the deviation value; it employs precise repetition, and even a folded stem can be sorted precisely by following the center line. Over 800 tree grafts per hour are possible; with an experienced handler, 900 trees are possible. The four-to-one set is the most economical choice. This product consists of a grafting robot + tongs supply apparatus + air compressor (option 3HP). The product size is 670D × 1,080W × 950H and the weighs 190kg.

The Paper Pot Flower System
the Automatic Line & Quality Seed Production System improves the existing plug seedling method and combines the paper pot maker and seeding system so that users of the existing seeders can easily raise the seedlings by using this robot system. It is a highly scalable modular agricultural robot. More than 3000 per hour are possible.

Helper Robotech Co., Ltd. is an agricultural robot company in Korea that has industrialized the automation machine for seedling plants. It is the exclusive supplier to over 300 nurseries Korea. It has also developed a grafted seedling production system, which is exported to regions in southern Europe and North America.
